At Zaina Medical Centre, we aim to provide transparent and fair financial policies for all our clients. Please review our refund and payment terms below:
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic treatments, payments made are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the treatment plan has commenced.
2. Advance Payments
Any advance deposits for appointments or treatment packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another appointment if canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the advance.
3. Treatment Packages
Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable once the first session has been availed.
If a medical contraindication arises preventing the continuation of the treatment, an appropriate credit note or partial refund (pro-rata) may be considered at management’s discretion.
4. Unsatisfactory Results
We do not offer refunds for treatments that do not meet a patient’s subjective expectations. We strive to deliver the best possible results, but outcomes can vary based on individual conditions and medical factors.
Follow-up consultations and touch-ups (where applicable) are handled based on clinical evaluation.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
